Constant quality improvement of the product (be it goods or services) is one of the core principles of the company. The multi-step quality control system is used by every VOSTOK-SERVICE factory. It is implemented at all stages of manufacturing, from acceptance of raw materials to output of goods.

In October 2006, VOSTOK-SERVICE received the Quality of Management Certificate (ISO 9001:2000.) After its adoption at the end of 2005, it took just one year for the employees to work out and implement a unique Quality Management System aimed at ensuring the quality of its goods and services to customers. By receiving the international ISO certification, the company has been confirmed as a strong competitor in the Russian markets as well as those overseas. In February 2008, a planned inspection of the VOSTOK-SERVICE assembly lines confirmed that the company meets all quality control standards of ISO 9001:2001, establishing it as a strong competitor in the internal as well as the international market.
